Marketing Plan
Tamam will have an initial launch marketing budget of SR 43,375 and an ongoing monthly budget of SR 11,625 with a focus on Social Media presence and advertising, and SEO Campaigns. Later on Tamam will create a marketing referral program and other marketing tools.

The initial go-market strategy will be focused on the City of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This will include a final corporate identity, printing materials, hiring a marketing company, a
social media manager and a Launching Campaign. Only for the Riyadh
market Tamam will invest over SR 104,000 per year in marketing costs.

Competition
Three on-demand health care models are emerging: doctor visits, telemedicine, and hybrid options. Tamam will focus,
initially, on doctors and nurse visits. Later, Tamam will operate a “hybrid” model that will include telemedicine services.
Cost Model
Tamam will charge SR 299 per visit in Saudi Arabia. With this price point, gross earing per visit will grow over time to represent a 14% gross margin. This is, to a SR 299 per visit, a SR 256 will cover expenses, generating SR 43 gross earning per visit.
Team
During its initial phase, Tamam will have a lean operation with one general manager, one operational manager and three customer service representatives.Technology services will be outsourced.Initially, doctors and nurses will be hired as needed under an agreement with private clinics in Riyadh.Later, Tamam will have their own “in-house” doctors and nurses. Also, a telemedicine unit will be added to better serve all patients.
Financials
Financial projections are based on the following assumptions and conditions:
• 8 to 12 doctor visit per day during the first six months of operation
• Each doctor will serve, on average 8 patients per day.
• Cost of the visit is SR 299
• Tamam retains 35% of the cost of the visit
• Original investment will be SR 350,000
• Initial setup start up capital expenses will be SR 150,438
Financials
Having funds to pays operational daily expenses is key to any startup business. With an initial investment of SR 350,000 and sales, the balance cash flow analysis stays always positive. Not need for additional funding will be needed using the variables, assumptions and conditions of the forecast model.
